2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

jya88 may request a government-issued ID at any time to verify age and identity. The right to hold withdrawals pending until verification is complete applies.
3 Account Registration & Management
3.1 Registration Process
When creating an account on jya88, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing incorrect information may result in account termination at any time.
- Only one account per person is permitted.
- The mobile number and email address provided during registration must be verified.
- Multiple accounts cannot be created from the same device or IP address.
3.2 Account Security
Keep your account password and login details completely confidential. jya88 will never ask for your password. Sharing account information with any third party is strictly prohibited, and the user bears full responsibility for any resulting loss.

3.3 Account Verification

4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Payment Methods
jya88 currently supports the following payment methods in Bangladesh:

- Bank Transfer: Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks
4.2 Deposit Limits
The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳300 (three hundred taka). The maximum deposit limit is determined by your account verification level.
4.3 Withdrawal Limits & Timeframe
The minimum withdrawal amount across all payment methods is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of urgent KYC verification or fraud investigation. In such situations, the support team will contact you.
4.4 Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment method — funds cannot be sent to a third-party account.
- Funds tied to an active bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been completed.
- jya88 reserves the right to investigate withdrawals if fraudulent activity is suspected.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total Balance ৳2,000
- Deposit ৳18,000 → Bonus ৳8,000 → Total Balance ৳26,000
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds must meet a 15x (fifteen times) wagering requirement before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.
Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 in bets must be placed to complete the wagering requirement. After that, the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.3 Bonus Usage Policy
- Each user can receive the welcome bonus only once.
- If bonus abuse or manipulation is suspected, the bonus will be cancelled.
- A new bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is already active.
- jya88 reserves the right to modify bonus terms or cancel bonuses.
- Any winnings from a bonus are subject to the same terms as the original bonus.
5.4 VIP Program
The jya88 VIP program has four tiers — each tier offers weekly cashback benefits:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the user's gaming activity and is at the discretion of jya88.
6 Gaming Rules
6.1 Game Operations
All games on jya88 are operated by third-party software providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, etc.). The terms of these providers apply.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a game round is left incomplete or fails to load correctly due to a technical error, jya88 reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the bet amount. Server logs are considered the final proof in determining game outcomes.
6.3 Sports Betting
For betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports, jya88's set odds and market terms apply. Bets placed after a betting market has closed will not be accepted. If a match is cancelled or left unresolved, the bet amount will be refunded.
- jya88 is not responsible for bets lost due to internet disconnection during live betting.
- jya88 reserves the right to investigate and void bets in cases of suspicious betting patterns.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jya88 platform. Violation of these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance:
- Operating multiple accounts (multi-accounting)
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds
- Bonus manipulation or bonus abuse
- Hacking, manipulating, or cheating in game software
- Unauthorized access to another user's account
- Playing using automated bots or scripts
- Using false or forged identity documents
- Abusive or threatening behavior toward platform staff
- Betting or gaming on behalf of a third party
jya88 uses advanced security systems to detect fraudulent activity. If suspicious activity is proven, action may be taken without prior notice.
8 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jya88 accepts no liability for the following:

11 Account Closure & Suspension

jya88 may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

- If the account is found to have been created using false information.

- If money laundering or financial crime is suspected.
